If you are experiencing challenges with your device, the best place to start is to check out the troubleshooting section of the Help Center. There you will find common challenges and solutions for both the OrCam Read and the OrCam MyEye. Many times devices that seem to be malfunctioning simply need the user to try a different approach.
If you are unable to resolve the issue, please contact our support team. There may be a few more troubleshooting options available.
Failing that, if your device is under warranty, the team will help you accordingly, and if your device is no longer within warranty they will see if you are eligible for our repair program.
