- Ensure that you have updated to the latest software version.
- Ensure that there is nothing covering or blocking the microphone.
- Ensure that the device is attached to the glasses and not in the user’s hand.
- Ensure that the device is not in suspended mode (beware that the device may automatically enter suspend mode after 3 minutes of inactivity).
- Ensure that full vocal commands are enabled.
- To do this enter the settings menu.
- Once in the settings menu, swipe forwards until you reach General Settings Menu and tap to select.
- Swipe forwards until you reach Configure Vocal Commands Settings and tap to select.
- Follow the prompts to enable full vocal commands.
- Ensure that you are saying the vocal commands accurately according to:
- The region the device was purchased in.
- The selected system language language.
- The available voice commands
- The features available on the device.
- Ensure that you aren't speaking too close to or too far away from the device.
- Ensure that you aren't saying the voice commands too soon or too late.
