Vocal Commands on the MyEye are not responding

  1. Ensure that you have updated to the latest software version.
  2. Ensure that  there is nothing covering or blocking the microphone.
  3. Ensure that the device is attached to the glasses and not in the user’s hand.
  4. Ensure that  the device is not in suspended mode (beware that the device may automatically enter suspend mode after 3 minutes of inactivity).
  5. Ensure that full vocal commands are enabled.
    1. To do this enter the settings menu.
    2. Once in the settings menu, swipe forwards until you reach General Settings Menu and tap to select.
    3. Swipe forwards until you reach Configure Vocal Commands Settings and tap to select.
    4. Follow the prompts to enable full vocal commands.
  6. Ensure that you are saying the vocal commands accurately according to:
  7. Ensure that you aren't speaking too close to or too far away from the device.
  8. Ensure that you aren't saying the voice commands too soon or too late.
