It’s important to retain the original proof of purchase/delivery.
How do I register my warranty?
As new OrCam device owner, you can complete your warranty registration here. When you submit the form, a warranty confirmation email will be sent to you and you will be redirected to the tutorial page for the device you purchased.
Does the warranty include insurance?
The warranty covers the device for any physical or technical defects, however the warranty does not cover the device for loss or damage, so we recommend you insure it under your home owners or other insurance policy.
Can I extend the warranty?
