- Make sure you are charging the device correctly.
- Try charging the device in a different wall outlet.
- Ensure that the charger cable and adaptor are connected properly.

Notes on Charging indicators:
- When the device is off it makes a distinct “beep” when connected to the charger and the device will begin the boot up process.
- When the device is on it will announce: “charger connected/disconnected”
