This is caused by holding down on the power button for too long while manually putting the MyEye in suspend mode, or waking it up in the same way. This causes the dual LEDs to go into a strobe flash mode that cannot be stopped.
Solution:
- Simply hold down the power button until the flashing stops (If this doesn’t work continue to step 2 below)
- Allow the battery to run down completely.
- Charge the device to 100% and turn it on normally.
(Be careful in the future to hold the power button down for no longer than 2 seconds)
