What to expect if you've just ordered an OrCam device directly from OrCam:
Expect to receive a confirmation email and SMS welcoming you to the OrCam family.
This will be the first of 4 emails you will receive to help you track the progress of your order:
- The second email will contain your receipt and arrive within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
- The third email (+ SMS) will be sent when your device has been shipped and will provide you with your tracking link.
- The fourth email (+SMS) will provide a delivery confirmation or notification to collect from the pickup location.
What we recommend you do while your device is on its way:
