If your device still isn't connecting to the WiFi:
- Make sure that:
- The camera lens is clean and that nothing is covering it or the WiFi QR code.
- The website is set to the language that matches the system language of the device. I.e. a French device would need the website to be set to the French language.
- You are connected to a 2.4 Ghz WiFi network and not a 5 Ghz network.
- If you are unsure if you have a 2.4 Ghz or a 5 Ghz network, please check on the back of your WiFi router. If you are still unsure please contact your internet provider.

- The device must also have a minimum of 50% charge.

- If your network is protected by a password, please ensure that you have entered the network name and password correctly.

- The screen brightness is set to maximum.
- Try to connect using a different web browser.
- Try to connect through the mobile app if possible (available for iPhone only).
- Try resetting the WiFi network’s router

Unplug the router from the electrical outlet and wait a minimum of 20 seconds until the router turns off completely. Then reconnect to the power source and wait until the router boots up - repeat this a minimum 3 times consecutively if necessary.

Keep your hand still.
