MyEye is not reading Headlines and Articles in Smart Reading

If you are still experiencing issues using Smart Reading please follow the steps below:

1. Ensure that the system language and reading language are identical.
   • The reading language must not be set to"Automatic language recognition".
     • Click here for details on how to change the language on the MyEye. 
2. Depending on the size and style of the print, some headlines may not be recognized by the device as headlines, or some sub-headlines may be identified as headlines.
3. If the text is too far away the print size of the article might be too small to be identified by the device ("Unreadable"). As a result, the same article headline will not be identified as a headline because no article can be associated with it (since the article is unreadable).
