Your OrCam MyEye device may be returned to OrCam for a refund* within 30-days of the delivery of your device. (The device must be undamaged; training fees are non-refundable).
If you choose to return the product, simply notify OrCam and this will stop the 30-day clock.

Do not return your device without speaking with an OrCam Support Rep who will assist you with the return process.
OrCam will process your refund after the OrCam warehouse has received and processed your device. Your refund and how it is issued may differ based on how the device was purchased, and its condition. It usually takes up to three weeks for OrCam to receive (for international shipping involving local customs it may take longer) and process your return. Once OrCam issues your refund, it may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days.
